Swami Samaiya was born on 15th August 1892 at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. Swami Samaiya's Jeeva Samadhi located at pannimadai coimbatore, tamilnadu, India, Swami Samaiya was married and initially employed in a private mill, then later he was involved into spiritual activities through the blessing of Swami Sivananda Paramahamsar who is the guru(mentor) of Swami Samaiya. Swami Samaiya was used to involve in spiritual activities day and night, after some years of spiritual involvement he attained the level of yogi.

One day the british general was visting coimbatore on his way swami samaiya crossed the pedestrian, by seeing it the british general was pissed off and ordered his escorts saying "Take the beggar away from the pedestrian", when the escorts nearing swami samaiya to take him away, "Swami samaiya showed his fore finger and said stop" all the escorts with horse who were near to swami samaiya were hanged as statue, after realising the mistake the british general apologised to swami samaiya, then all the escorts and horse were moved on from the place.

In the year 1937 the congress leader Rajaji was visting coimbatore for a convention, by that time he met swami samaiya and asked "When India will get freedom from british government", he said "India will get freedom after 10 years from the day of his jeeva samadhi attainment"

On 15th August 1937(Which the same day he born) he called up one of his sisters and told her that the day has come for him to attain jeeava samadhi, and kept his head on her lap, then Swami Samaiya eyes were started to roll up and down and stopped all of the sudden, then he attained jeeva samadhi. As Swami Samaiya predicted "India got freedom on august 15th 1947"!!. After attained jeeva samadhi the folks and well wishers of Swami Samiaya from pannimadai buried his body in the horizontal position and did the funeral for him without knowing that he attained jeeva samadhi.

Through the spiritual power after some months back his guru(mentor) came from abroad knowing his disciple attained jeeva samadhi and said the person who attained jeeva samadhi should be honoured and his jeeva samadhi(tomb) should filled with Vibhuthi and Set of Muligai as per the spiritual manner, then the guru(mentor) approached the authorities of british government, with approval disciple body dug out from the deepest burial ground and his body looks as same as buried and not dissolved in the soil, after taken his body out of pit the nail's and beard were grown up.

When the guru(mentor) touched swami samaiya's body, then tears started coming out from swami samaiya's closed eyes. The guru(mentor) said to swami samaiya he came back for him, guru(mentor) wiped his tears and retained Swami Samaiya's samadhi(tomb) in the Honourable way in the year 1937, Since the year 1937 guru pooja has been organising for Swami Samaiya on every august 15th.
